BBR Ford Focus RS: First Look

Brackley, United Kingdom - After 18 months of testing and development British tuners BBR has released four tuning packages for the Ford Focus RS.

The first package on offer is the Phase One tuning package which includes a remapped ECU and a new silicone air induction hose that boosts power to 255kW and 500Nm of torque.

Stepping things up is the Phase Two package which adds a new intercooler, silicone air inlet hoses, and high-performance air filter. This boosts power even further, the Ford Focus RS now produes 265kW of power and 512Nm of maximum torque.

The third stage package (Phase Three) pushes performance even further by adding a new BBR 3-inch stainless steel exhaust system and larger fuel injectors plus ECU and air flow systems tuning.

Meanwhile sitting at the top of the packages is the Phase Four package which adds a new turbocharger that increases power to 301kW and 553Nm of torque.

And to transfer all that power to the ground BBR offers BBR/Koni adjustable dampers and performance springs that improves ride quality.

Torque – 553Nm @ 3380RPM
Price: £3895 plus £595 (labor)
