Winterlingen, Germany
– Based on the Mercedes E-Class W212, German tuner company LUMMA has unveiled it's new E 50 CLR performance package. This special edition E-Class is a mix of style, design and horsepower. The
people over at LUMMA have addressed the aerodynamics, mounting a front
spoiler bumper with integrated daylights, subtle side skirts (optional
available with LED-entrance lighting), sporty front fenders with
integrated side vents and clear high gloss polished side fin indicators. Also
enhancing the overall aerodynamics the new body kit includes: a lip
spoiler and a redesigned sport rear bumper with separate diffuser
(optional available made of Carbon), trunk lid with integrated rear
spoiler tearing edge and an elongated change-over to the bumper - all
made of Carbon/Kevlar to keep overall weight down. Other design
features include LUMMA "Racing Edition" 9x20" front and 10.5x20"
rear light weight metal rims that are wrapped in Michelin rubber
measuring 245/30-20 and 285/25-20. This all sits 25 mm closer to
the road due to it's lowered suspension. The interior of the
Mercedes E-Class has also been modified receiving a set of milled
aluminium with non-slip rubber accelerator and brake pedals and a set
of embroidered car mats made of high class suede (leather optional).
Added options include - a suede trunk mat, illuminated door entry
strips and a 300 km/h speedometer. LUMMA has also increased
overall performance of the E 50 with a “V-Max” system which boots power
to 316Kw (450 hp) and 550 Nm torque. The company also offer a
“D-Box” system for all Diesel -types which increases efficiency by
almost 20%. Additionally there is a "GPM-Powermodul" which
heightens accelerator response, a special sport exhaust system,
made of stainless steel with 4x90 mm end pipes.
