Paris, France —
Is this the French 350Z? Not yet, but maybe one day in the near future.
What you see here is the Fluence concept car from French automaker
Renault, a coupe design which will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show. There is speculation the Fluence is the first look at a coupe version of Renault's new Laguna, which would compete against Peugeot's 407 Coupe (reviewed here). Whether
the new coupe concept from Renault reaches production is still not yet
clear, but already there are rumours suggesting that Renault's
ownership of Nissan coupe provide the car with the Japanese company's
world-famous 3.5-litre V6 engine. Expect a rush of news as we edge closer to the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, which begins in early September. Related articles: - Renault Laguna III (2008) - Renault Mégane
