Weather Situation
A surface trough moving into central Queensland waters will weaken overnight. A
high pressure system over Victoria will shift eastwards into the Tasman Sea
during Friday, extending a ridge along the Queensland east coast. An upper
level trough will move eastwards into southwestern Queensland on Friday, and
will move eastwards over southern Queensland during the weekend.

Clear. Winds northeasterly 15 to 25 km/h.

Partly cloudy. Winds east to northeasterly 15 to 25 km/h becoming light in the
evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 15 and 19 with daytime
temperatures reaching 26 to 31.
