Weather Situation
A high pressure system over southeast Australia will move slowly eastwards over
the next few days whilst strengthening. The high will lead to a firm ridge of
high pressure developing along the east coast of Queensland over the weekend
and early next week. An upper trough will enter the southwest of the state late
today and move eastwards over the Queensland interior on Sunday and Monday
before contracting off the east coast during Tuesday.
